Kreativno pero Primary school has been operating since 2007, according to the curriculum of the Ministry of Education. In our school, we want to encourage students to get to know themselves and their potential, start the process of lifelong learning and foster the development of key competencies.
One of the unique features of our school since its establishment is subject-based teaching from the first grade in the fields of art, foreign languages and physical education. In addition to compulsory and elective subjects, the school also offers optional study of French as a second foreign language from the first grade of primary school.
Our students achieve exceptional results in the final exam, which makes us incredibly proud.
Bilingual teaching
The Bilingual teaching model is a project that we have been implementing since 2010, with the approval of the Ministry of Education. This project encourages the development of students' language competences in English. The programme is implemented within the framework of regular and elective classes, as well as extracurricular activities. In selected subjects, classes are taught in both Serbian and English.
Within the implementation of the programme of the Ministry of Education, the percentage of lessons taught in English increases with age, so that from grades I to VIII, it ranges from 40% to 50% of the total number of lessons.
Bilingual teaching is implemented by teachers with a strong command of the English language, who usually have experience in international schools or have worked abroad in an English-speaking environment.
