Understanding that crises and difficulties are an integral part of growing up, we at Kreativno pero have developed a system of individual and group psychological work with students. Our expert team of psychologists and pedagogist occupy different workplaces, but share the same goal: preventative work with children.

We implement the Cambridge Wellbeing programme at Kreativno pero - a holistic approach that encourages students to think about themselves, understand themselves, develop positive relationships with others and empower them to be confident and active participants in a constantly changing world. During primary education they learn new things, explore the world around them and develop important social and emotional skills. When they have a sense of well-being, they are more likely to be confident, motivated and engaged in their learning.

Educational work is done through the head-teacher’s classes and numerous optional activities, such as: diverse students’ creative and free activities, career guidance and counseling programme, problem-solving and communication sessions, teamwork, self-initiative and entrepreneurship, Student Parliament, health education programmes, school sports, cultural and public activities of the school, lectures, workshops, outings, school trips and excursions as well as programmes for the prevention of violence, abuse and neglect.

A special focus of our educational principles is outlined in the Student Behaviour Rulebook, which has been developed within our institution and emphasizes strengthening of positive values and behaviour in accordance with them.

We advocate for restitution, i.e. accepting the position that everyone can make a mistake, but they also have the right and obligation to compensate for the damage, whatever it might be.
