Team Serbia Wins Silver Medal at the World Robotics Olympiad — FIRST Global Challenge 2025 in Panama
Team Serbia achieved remarkable success at the international FIRST Global Challenge 2025, winning the silver medal among an impressive 181 participating countries.

Under the guidance of the international school Kreativno pero, young Serbian innovators excelled in Panama, demonstrating an exceptional level of technical expertise, creativity, collaboration and perseverance. Serbia was represented by students Leila Aleksandra Jašović, Dušan Kremić, Bogdan Stamenović, Aleksa Jovanović and Marko Bogićević, who competed head-to-head with the top teams in the world, once again proving that young talents from our country stand among the leaders of the global STEM community.

The founder and head coach of the team, Aleksandra Nedeljković, emphasized the significance of this achievement and expressed gratitude to the expert support team during the preparation process and competition. Special thanks were extended to technical mentor Dr. Vuk Vujović and co-mentor Dušan Mladenović.

This medal represents far more than recognition in robotics. It is proof of how determination, knowledge, and dedicated work can push boundaries when we believe in a shared goal. I am proud that Kreativno pero leads Team Serbia and that our young innovators have shown that courage and ideas can lead to outstanding results, stated Mrs. Nedeljković.

Appreciation was also expressed to Alfa BK University, which provided facilities and support for the team’s preparations, making a significant contribution to this historic accomplishment.

The silver medal at the world robotics olympiad marks an important milestone for education in Serbia and reinforces the potential of young innovators who are shaping a future grounded in knowledge, creativity and sustainable technological solutions.
