“From Uniform to Adaptive: How AI is Changing the School, the Teacher, and the Leader”
Through a powerful and modern presentation, she opened key questions about the future of education in the era of artificial intelligence:
How is the role of the teacher changing when AI takes over part of the teaching process?
Does the teacher become a mentor, creator, and designer of learning instead of a traditional lecturer?
And most importantly — are we, as a system and as a society, ready to move from a uniform model of education to an adaptive, personalized approach to learning?
Dr. Neda Pavlović’s presentation attracted great interest from the audience because it spoke about the future of education in a concrete, human, and visionary way, placing people, creativity, and leadership at the center of the changes brought by the AI revolution.
