ES Kreativno pero has traditionally held the eight International Cuisine Day.

After the dinner gathering in the spirit of the Italian, Indonesian, Serbian, Austrian, Russian, Australian and Kazakh cuisines, this year the host country was the People's Republic of China, a country that was presented in the best possible way - through dance, music, children art exhibition and, of course, traditional dishes.

This year the event was supported by the Embassy of the People's Republic of China. Her Excellency, Ms. Chen opened the manifestation by addressing the guests and ceremonially cutting the ribbon. Representatives of the Embassy, as well as numerous pupils, parents and associates of the Educational System Kreativno pero, attended the ceremony.

Hosts of the event were pupils of Kreativno pero Monika and Filip Martać, in whose name the audience was addressed by Mr. Dragomir J. Karic, a member of the Parliamentary Friendship Group of the Republic of Serbia and the People's Republic of China in the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia.

‘’We are very pleased that our goal - support of multiculturalism, cosmopolitanism and acquaintance with the traditions and cultures of countries around the world were supported by numerous associates of the school’’, said Gordana Kedžić, ES Kreativno pero principal.

After the cultural arts program which was prepared by preschool and elementary school pupils as well as grammar school students of ES Kreativno pero, what followed was food tasting.

The restaurant Dva štapića, friends of ES Kreativno pero, Ying Yue Emma, as well as a special guest, the chef of the People’s Republic of China Embassy, provided us with Chinese cuisine specialties.
