Menu “Healthy Foods”
As a part of curricular and extracurricular activities, students at “Kreativno pero” have three mandatory meals during each school day: breakfast, lunch and a morning and afternoon snack. In line with this schedule, we created a healthy and balanced menu which contains highly nutritious foods, which will provide children with healthy growth, and enough energy to complete their daily activities.
Menu contains:
- Cereal (whole grain cereal)
- Fresh vegetables (at least three types of vegetables)
- Honey
- Fresh fruit
- Berry fruit
- Dried fruit
- Milk
- Dairy products
- Meat
- Fish

Morning Snack: |

Tomato soup 200g; baked salmon 100g; steamed broccoli with whole grain pasta and sour cream 200g; salad with lettuce and radishes 70g; multigrain bread 60g. |
Afternoon snack: |
|
| Milk 200g; berry cake 50g. |
